News
Summer has come and gone for most, although we're still getting cooked with heat and smoke out west. Before we dive into the newsletter, I wanted to say that I'm now represented by DMB Represents! I'm beyond thrilled to be joining such an incredible roster of artists, some of whom I've looked up to my whole life. Also, I want to extend a thank you to anyone who purchased a zine. I'm officially sold out and have no plans for a second edition at the moment. This newsletter is going to be on the shorter side with writing, but there will be a lot of images to look at. Enjoy!
Wild Atlantic Way
This past summer, we journeyed to Ireland for my wife's friend's wedding. As first-time visitors, we decided to arrive a week early and embark on a road trip along the west coast. Fresh off the plane, we headed straight for County Kerry. As we drove westward, the landscape grew increasingly ancient and verdant. Despite it being peak tourist season, we stumbled upon pockets of solitude that gave the illusion of an untouched countryside. We found ourselves repeatedly—and unintentionally—on the Wild Atlantic Way. Our journey encompassed old-growth forests flaunting their age, quaint seaside towns where high school girls sang shanties outside pubs, and a few breathtaking dips in the icy ocean.

Power Slap for The New York Times
At the end of June, the New York Times sent me to Las Vegas to photograph Power Slap, a new fighting league owned by UFC’s Dana White. Strikers go through multiple rounds of slaps and get judged by how well they strike their opponent, how their opponent reacts to the strike and their recovery time. If you want to read more about it, check out the piece by Calum Marsh.
